Job Summary :

The Marketing Representative is responsiblefor quoting renewals on assigned accounts. Thispositionwill workcloselywith producers toensure allbusiness isplaced appropriately and will follow-up on calls, documents and maintains and updates assignedaccounts.

Responsibilities :

Goes through daily work file andpicks up current coverages, premiums, and marketsapproachedprioryear

ForwardsfilestoMarketingVPformarketstobeapproachedfortherenewal

Updates all applications with the insured andobtains current insured information (i.e.,ownership, location,typeofoperation,fleet,drivers)

Updatesallapplicationsformarketsbeingapproachedforrenewal

Sends out submissions with updated information to all markets : sends out revisionsif applicable

Follows-upwithallcarriersapproached forstatusofquotesandforwards all requested info to underwriters

Obtainsandlogsinquotes

Educationand / orExperienceRequirements :

Highschooldiplomaorequivalent educationrequired;minimum ofyears of experience required, commercial insurance highly preferred.P&C license required.

Minimum 2 years experience.

ComputerSkills :

OtherQualifications :

Mustbeorganized,detail-oriented,able tomulti-task andbeefficient withexcellent verbal and written communication skills. Must also have the ability to work effectively withothers.

Apositive,team-orientedattitudeisnecessarytoeffectivelyworkwitha largevariety ofpersonalities.

This is a hybrid role out of the Glendale office location. Required to come into the office 3 days a week. First 30 days will require in office training (Daily).

Pay Details :

Annual Salary : $49,000 - $52,000
